The main goal of this project is to create a documentary-popular science mini-series about the thought of Rev. Prof. Michał Heller: his vision of science, philosophy, and theology, his most important ideas and original contributions to the development of science, and the evolution of his views. The backdrop for this story will be the rich life of Rev. Heller.
The initial plan included the creation of 6 episodes (each 45-60 minutes long), but the Ministry decided to fund 3 episodes. The recordings will feature Rev. Heller himself, his students, and collaborators. The series will visit places significant to Rev. Heller (such as Tarnów, Lublin, Kraków, Rome, Leuven) and showcase family archives and documents. The series will be professionally produced in collaboration with a director experienced in such productions and a film crew. The series will have subtitles in Polish, English, and Ukrainian. The script was written by Prof. Bartosz Brożek.
