Copernicus Festival 2024: Machine
The eleventh edition of the Copernicus Festival will take place from May 21-26, 2024, under the theme "Machine." As every year, the festival will feature lectures, debates, confrontations, exhibitions, workshops, and film screenings. This edition will not only examine humanity's technological progress – from its humble beginnings on the African savanna to the contemporary revolution of artificial intelligence – but will also discuss how useful the machine metaphor is for explaining phenomena in nature and within ourselves.
